How was richard the lionhearted related to the christians.

He fought for the Christians in the crusades. Also he fought so hard that he returned the true cross to the true owner, the Christians in the end of the crusades. He fought to return the holy land to the Christians. In the end of the crusades he made a deal with Saladin the at said the Christians were allowed back into Jerusalem. Also a small part of the holy land was given back to the Christians and the Turks and the Christians lived in peace and harmony.

  1. Richard the Lionhearted was related to the Christians because he did many things for them, including fighting for them in the crusades and fought to return the holy land to the Christians. Most importantly in the end of the crusades he made a deal with Saladin that said Christians were allowed back into Jerusalem.
